Stone Landscape Upgrades
Mike's Lawn Care specializes in upgrading your mulched flower beds into beautiful weed-resistant landscapes. With so many decorative stone options available; there are options that fit any budget or design preference. Here are the steps we take in changing yours!
Step One - Arrival
Step Two - Prep
We edged the landscaped area and treated it to kill the remaining roots.
On this job the landscape was completely overgrown with weeds and unwanted shrubs.
Step Three - Planting
In this step we planted the shrubs we designed for the area. This customer wanted shrubs that were a little less maintenance with also giving some color and texture.
Step Four - Poly Weedmat
After everything was installed and prepped we then pinned in our special poly-permeable weed matting to help ensure weeds cannot grow into the soil again. Also we added a metal edging on the outside of the landscape to stop unwanted lawn from growing into the stone areas.
FINAL STEP
The job is finally complete! We can sit back and enjoy the major change this property has made with our awesome crew! What a difference!

Mike's Lawn Care uses only the best mulch! Mulch that is locally made right here in Ashtabula, Ohio!! We take great pride on re-mulching your flower beds for you. The process includes removing excess mulch from previous year(s), trimming the shrubs, weeding out the beds, edging and finally mulching!
